Fulbright Programs for �ǿմ�ý Students and Non-�ǿմ�ý Citizens

Although the Fulbright �ǿմ�ý Scholar Program is open to both academics and professionals, approximately 80 percent of available awards require a Ph.D. or terminal degree. If you are a recent college graduate, or graduate student or doctoral candidate with limited professional experience, please visit the .

Non-�ǿմ�ý scholars and students can consult the Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program and for opportunities to come to the United States to teach, research, or study.
